What are Impact Intensives?

Impact Intensives are hands-on training for B2B marketing and PR teams that want to learn influencer marketing and apply it quickly in-house.  

The training is intimate, interactive sessions conducted over Zoom where we teach your team how to run all aspects of B2B influencer marketing programs and campaigns step-by-step.

We don’t hold back and show you everything, including:

  • How to know they are really influential and have the expertise you need.
  • What metrics to use and how to measure impact.
  • How to negotiate sponsored opportunities.
  • How to secure content and what to do with it once it is published.
  • Examples of influencers and B2B campaigns.

Influencer marketing involves a lot of moving pieces which means there’s a manual component to it. Your team needs to know what they are doing, or it can result in unnecessary headaches and expenses instead of results.

 

How it works:

Impact Intensives involve three (3) 2-hour Interactive Zoom sessions with your team and ours. We like to conduct these training sessions 1X per week for three weeks in succession. This ensures a regular cadence to allow everyone to absorb the material and complete their homework assignments (yes, there is a bit of homework).

To give these training sessions “oomph,” we ask your team to provide materials to us under NDA.  What we need from you is your research on your customer avatars, current marketing campaigns, PR campaigns, and upcoming announcements. This is how we tailor the training to your company, industry, and niche.

We cap attendance to five (5) of your team members so that we have the needed time and capacity to allow attendees to ask questions and to get the fullest answers to those questions.

The result is that your team comes away with the know-how needed to run your influencer marketing in-house without the need for an outside agency.
